I’m Olivia Cheever, and I teach these methods of movement awareness in order to help people learn to lead the lives they want. That can mean hitting a high note you’ve never been able to sing before, or maybe just standing up from a chair without your knees hurting.
It’s not a one-time fix I’m talking about, like feeling better when you get off a massage table but not knowing why, or how to keep from tensing up again. The message I want you to get is that change is possible, and you can be in charge of it.
