Bones for Life® Professional Certification Training

Come for the first module of a professional training in Bones for Life® in Bristol, Vermont, a gateway to Vermont's Green Mountains and premier, four-season travel destination. Enjoy the clean, fresh mountain air and relaxed Vermont lifestyle while obtaining your professional certification.

Bones for Life (BFL) is a revolutionary program of movement theory and practice created by Senior Feldenkrais® Trainer, Ruthy Alon. It is based on the work of Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais, and is designed to improve balance and posture, and stimulate bone strength and resilience, entirely through natural movement. This work is ideal for anyone wishing to prevent or reverse osteoporosis, and everyone is welcome to attend for personal health, growth, and rejuvenation. This course also serves as the first step in becoming trained as a professional Bones For Life Teacher. For massage therapists, bodyworkers, and yoga and fitness instructors, this training offers you new avenues to enrich your professional practice while earning 24 NCBTMB CE hours.
